The Young Democrats will meet today in E-103.

Do you want to make E.C Glass a more accepting and tolerant school environment?  Glass' newest club, The Tolerance Club, wants to promote acceptance of all people and work to eliminate hate crimes and promote understanding.  The dictionary defines the word "prejudiced" as: a preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience. But in life prejudiced can play out in the form of violence and hate crimes, simply because of a lack of understanding. This club wants to increase understanding and will focus on tolerance of gender, race, religion, and sexual orientation.  Please come and join us today after school in Mrs. Stroud's room, E-103, for our first meeting.

Come out for the Ultimate Frisbee Club on Friday after school.  Bring your tennis shoes! We will meet in Mr. Douglass’ room at 2:45.

Ping Pong Club meets after school today in the cafeteria.

The Stock Market Club's first meeting has been postponed until Thursday, September 25, from 2:30-3:30, in Mr. Matthews' room G-206.  Come and learn about stocks, bonds, and the turbulent market America is in right now and how you can make money off of it.    Anyone is welcome to come and check it out, but please stop by Mr. Matthews' room, G-206 if you have not already talked to him about joining.
